This is possible thanks to the multi-plate clutch that controls the distribution of power to the front and rear axles in response to real-time changes in driving conditions. It can detect and correct wheel spin, as well as optimize cornering.
Air Suspension
The optional air suspension system, with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), allows your Macan’s suspension to automatically self-adjust to maintain an even ride height. This results in superior comfort and control while driving. PASM offers three suspension levels, plus a loading level that only adjusts the rear height for accessing the rear hatch.
Porsche Communication Management
The Macan is outfitted with Porsche’s in-house infotainment system, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), which can offer real-time traffic services by connecting to mobile data. This is delivered through a 10.9-inch touch panel with a customizable home screen, giving you total control over the experience. Music is available through radio, Bluetooth, USB, and SD card. PCM is also compatible with the Porsche Connect app.
Climate Control
Climate control in the Macan is top-of-the-line and includes three-zone automatic climates, as well as a carbon filter system that can trap not just particles and pollen but also smells. Air in the climate system is also ionized, reducing germs. The effect is a driving experience that not only smells better but is healthier and cleaner for you and your passengers.
